Warranty Conditions

Warranty Eligibility
- All products supplied by the company must have a VIETPOS.VN warranty seal.
- We commit to providing warranty service within 4 days from the date of receipt (items received on Saturday - Sunday will be processed on the first working day of the following week. Items shipped after 4 PM will be processed on the next working day).
- We address all customer inquiries regarding hardware via 0932 555 260 (9:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Warrantied products must have intact barcodes and complete serial numbers.
- The warranty seal on the product must be complete, clearly showing the date, not torn, scratched, erased, or smudged.
- The seal must be within the valid warranty period as indicated by the date on the seal and warranty card.
 
Cases Not Covered by Warranty
- Expiration of the warranty period, lost warranty card, deformed or scratched products, missing or invalid warranty seals, or faded seals.
- Use of unstable or incorrect power supply, unauthorized component replacement by the customer, unauthorized Bios updates, changes to technical specifications, changes to disk labels, or opening of disk covers.
- Products stored in unfavorable environmental conditions, high-temperature areas due to humid air, oxidation, water damage, rust, dust accumulation, broken or chipped products, capacitor leakage, or chip swelling.
- Products damaged by fire or explosion are not covered by warranty.
- We are not responsible for data when receiving any storage devices for warranty service.
