Operating Principle

A metal detector gate typically consists of 3 main components: – Technical boxes: usually two boxes located on either side of the gate, equipped with sensor eyes that collect and send data to the central control unit. – Control unit: Programmed with various responses related to the data sent by the technical boxes. This analysis process is very fast and almost without delay, so the results are sent to the alarm device. – Alarm device: A speaker that emits an audible alarm or a light signal, depending on the environment and sensitivity. The results from the central control unit will be reflected through the signals provided by the alarm device. Currently, alarm devices are often integrated into the control unit, so they are usually considered part of the central control unit.
