1. Laser cutting and sandblasting workshop

For vegetable and fruit racks, we use laser cutting to improve accuracy and flatness. Sandblasting before coating can remove rust, increasing the adhesion of the coating.

2. Automatic welding and welding process

To ensure continuous production, Viet POS has used automatic welding machines instead of manual welding, improving production efficiency and ensuring the quality of the racks as well as quick construction.

3. Automatic bending machine workshop

To improve the accuracy of the process, the application of automatic bending machines in the production process is essential.

4. Electrostatic spraying with modern technology

We have four automatic electrostatic spraying lines to ensure orderly production. Before electrostatic spraying, we have a phosphating coating for anti-corrosion enamel.

5. Wood processing workshop for shelves
