15000 Series Barcode Verifier

The 15000 Series Barcode Verifier is a specialized device that supports the verification of both linear and 2D barcodes with high accuracy. The system uses a CCD sensor combined with a special LED array to capture and analyze each barcode image. A prominent feature of the device is its ability to simultaneously verify multiple barcodes within the same field of view, whether they are 2D or linear codes. Users can easily view the separate results of each code through intuitive software.

Supported code types include: QR Code, QR GS1, Data Matrix, GS1 DataMatrix, EAN/UPC, ITF-14, GS1-128, Code 128, Code 39, and many other popular standards. In addition, the device also integrates image analysis for directly marked Data Matrix and QR symbols, according to ISO/IEC 29158 standards, to evaluate print quality and actual scanability.

The 15000 Series comes in two versions:

• Model 15200: 60 x 45 mm field of view, supports minimum X-dimension of 0.160 mm for linear codes and 0.240 mm for 2D codes.

• Model 15500: 95 x 70 mm field of view, supports minimum X-dimension of 0.240 mm for linear codes and 0.360 mm for 2D codes.

The device is powered directly via a USB2 port, offering convenience and high portability, especially useful when used with a laptop.
