6515 Mid-Range Barcode Verifier

The 6515 Mid-Range Barcode Verifier is designed to verify linear barcodes with a maximum width of 125 mm (4.9 inches), including the quiet zones. This allows the device to check most GS1 barcodes used at retail points of sale (EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, GS1 Databar), barcodes on cartons (EAN-13, ITF-14, GS1-128), as well as logistics labels (GS1-128). This is an ideal solution for businesses printing labels with 100 mm (4 inch) printheads.

Note: This device is not applicable for verifying ITF-14 symbols at 100% size or A5 logistics labels printed with 150 mm (6 inch) printheads.

This verifier series supports continuous scanning functionality, allowing at least ten different readings to be collected across the entire height of the barcode, quickly meeting ISO/IEC standards. Simply place the device on the barcode, press the trigger, and slide it gently – in less than a second, the system can generate hundreds of scan results at various points across the bar height.
