Description of Falcon Barcode Reader

Approximately 9 inches long, 3.5 inches wide at the screen, and a maximum thickness of just over 2 inches, weighing about 25 ounces. The Falcon X3+ 3.5-inch resistive touchscreen uses transflective technology, providing good readability in daylight. The resolution remains at 240 x 320 pixels QVGA for Windows CE-based versions. Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 versions come with full 480 x 640 pixel VGA.

Keyboard layout can make or break the usability of a handheld terminal, and therefore the Datalogic Falcon X3+ offers two different layout styles, a numeric version with 29 keys, and an alphanumeric version with a separate numeric keypad, for quick numeric data entry with its large keys and more convenient for frequent text entry. Each version also has navigation keys and a large orange scan key. Polycarbonate keycaps and metal domes ensure durability and reliability as required by customers.

With the latest update, the Datalogic FalconX3+ helps increase speed, capacity, and usability while retaining its previously loved design.
