Ronald Jack K-300 Description

The Ronald Jack K-300 proximity card time attendance machine is manufactured in Malaysia by the Ronald Jack group and directly imported to Vietnam. This is a specialized proximity card time attendance machine, very suitable for factories and offices. By using Promag proximity cards containing chips, it allows for fast timekeeping and reuse of cards when employees leave.

Thin Promag proximity cards allow printing employee information on the card, including photos, employee names, department positions, etc., and can also be used as employee ID cards. Simple data retrieval allows for quick data retrieval via network and internet, and especially direct retrieval via USB port, helping customers avoid the cost of network cabling and being convenient in special cases when the time attendance machine is located far from the network cable source.

The machine uses free Vietnamese time attendance software TAS2008 - TAS2010 or TasOne2010: allowing timekeeping by shifts, administrative hours... suitable for the needs of companies, factories, and restaurants. It saves a lot of time in calculating employee attendance compared to paper card timekeeping. Exports attendance data to Excel (detailed tables, daily/weekly/monthly summaries...). The software runs on Access2000 or SQL, so it is very stable and data will not be lost when reinstalling the machine.
