Production process of the Double-Tier Wooden Fruit Rack

1. Laser cutting and sandblasting workshop

For vegetable and fruit rack products, we use laser cutting to improve accuracy and flatness. Sandblasting before painting can remove rust and enhance the adhesion of the paint layer.

2. Automatic welding and welding process

3. Automatic bending machine workshop

To improve process accuracy, the application of automatic bending machines in the production process is essential.

4. Electrostatic spraying with modern technology

We have four automatic electrostatic spraying lines to ensure orderly production. Before electrostatic spraying, we apply a phosphating coating for anti-corrosion enamel.
