Production process of single-basket fruit racks

1. Laser cutting and sandblasting workshop

For vegetable and fruit rack products, we use laser cutting to improve precision and flatness. Sandblasting before powder coating can remove rust and enhance the adhesion of the coating.

2. Automatic welding and welding process

To ensure continuous production, Viet POS has used automatic welding machines instead of manual welding, improving production efficiency and ensuring the quality of the racks as well as quick construction.

3. Automatic bending machine workshop

To improve process accuracy, the application of automatic bending machines in the production process is essential.

4. Electrostatic powder coating with modern technology

We have four automatic electrostatic powder coating lines to ensure orderly production. Before electrostatic powder coating, we have a phosphating coating for anti-corrosion enamel.
