Production process of the 2-tier wooden shelf

1. Laser cutting and sandblasting workshop

For the 4-tier wooden shelf product, we use laser cutting to improve accuracy and flatness. Sandblasting before powder coating can remove rust and enhance the adhesion of the coating.

2. Automatic welding and welding process

To ensure continuous production, Viet POS has used automatic welding machines instead of manual welding, improving production efficiency and ensuring the quality of shelves as well as quick construction.

3. Automatic bending machine workshop

To improve the accuracy of the process, the application of automatic bending machines in the production process is essential.

4. Electrostatic powder coating with modern technology

We have four automatic electrostatic powder coating lines to ensure orderly production. Before electrostatic powder coating, we have a phosphating coating for anti-corrosion enamel.

5. Wooden shelf processing workshop

Fruit and vegetable shelves are a new type of shelf commonly used in supermarkets, minimarts, fruit stores, etc., to display goods beautifully and avoid bruising in case of impact. Therefore, to achieve this, our wood processing process strictly adheres to safety and modern standards.
