Production process of wooden shelves combined with baskets

1. Laser cutting and sandblasting workshop

For vegetable and fruit shelf products, we use laser cutting to improve accuracy and flatness. Sandblasting before coating can remove rust and enhance the adhesion of the coating.

2. Automatic welding and welding process

To ensure continuous production, Viet POS has used automatic welding machines instead of manual welding, improving production efficiency and ensuring the quality of shelves as well as fast construction.

3. Automatic bending machine workshop

To improve the accuracy of the process, it is essential to apply automatic bending machines to the production process.

4. Electrostatic spraying with modern technology

We have four automatic electrostatic spraying lines to ensure orderly production. Before electrostatic spraying, we have a phosphating coating to enamel against corrosion.

5. Wooden shelf processing workshop
