The DA Imagic I Series is HPRT's single-pass digital fabric printer (High-speed Single-pass Fabric Digital Textile Printer), with up to 384 print heads (2600mm effective width, dual 8-color), maximum resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi, maximum production speed of 100 m/min, maximum print width of 2600mm, and maximum fabric feeding width of 2750mm.

• Fabric Feeding System: handles multiple fabric types, feeds from rolls or fabric carts to the printer conveyor belt with precise speed and tension; ensures a flat, wrinkle-free surface; supports knit, woven, and high-stretch fabrics, with edge suction, fabric spreading, centering, overfeeding, and lint removal functions.
• High-Efficiency Drying and Fabric Take-Up System: drying chamber with conveyor belt tensioning, alignment, and drive systems, along with radiators, circulation fans, exhaust fans, and air ducts to rapidly dry printed fabric; heat sources include Steam, natural gas, or thermal oil.
• Printing Main Unit: equipped with dual rotary screens for before and after printing, enabling full-width base coating and color coating; the post-printing rotary screen supports extended processes such as pattern alignment, overprinting, metallic gold/silver effects, and discharge printing.
• Multi-System Collaboration: integrates an advanced ink supply system, ink temperature control, closed-loop negative pressure, and print head management; includes multi-head color calibration, automatic print head cleaning, and humidification.
• Ink Type: Reactive, Acid, Pigment, High-temperature Disperse; ink colors 4 - 8 colors.
• Printing Media: cotton, linen, silk, nylon, polyester, blends, elastic fabrics, and new woven/knit fiber fabrics.
• The fabric feeding system suits both woven and knit fabrics; supports feeding from fabric carts or large rolls (optional). Fabric take-up system in the form of fabric carts or plaiting.
