The HPRT DA186T Plus is a roll-to-roll digital textile printer using dye sublimation technology, 24 Kyocera print heads, a maximum print speed of 1080㎡/h, a maximum effective print width of 1850mm, a maximum media feed width of 1900mm, and support for disperse, high temperature disperse, and pigment inks.

• A dedicated drive design and ink supply system enable the use of disperse, high temperature disperse inks… to eject ink droplets more precisely, delivering image-level print quality.
• An automatic cleaning and humidifying system helps reduce the risk of print head clogging, improves output stability, and allows a single operator to run the machine.
• A large-capacity floor-standing ink supply system helps reduce ink replacement frequency, supports printing on thin paper down to a minimum of 31g/㎡, and reduces material waste and printing costs from proofing to mass production.
• Color configuration: 4 colors (16 print heads) C/M/Y/K or 6 colors (24 print heads) C/M/Y/K+Lk/Lm (or 2 other dedicated colors).
