TK4100 is a CMOS integrated circuit used for read-only RF transponders in electronic systems.
Compatible with EM format.
The circuit is powered by an external coil in an alternating magnetic field, extracting the clock from the magnetic field through one coil end.
Chip data is modulated and transmitted in Manchester modulation format.
The continuous output data stream contains a 9-bit header "1", 40 bits, 14 parity bits, and 1 stop bit.
No buffer capacitor is required due to the low power consumption of the logic control core.
A 74 pf parallel resonant capacitor is integrated.
