MIFARE Ultralight cards include 3 NXP Semiconductors chip lines: MF0 IC U10 (MIFARE Ultralight), MF0 IC U20 (MIFARE Ultralight C) and MIFARE Ultralight EV1. ISO/IEC 14443A standard, used with Proximity Coupling Devices (PCD), suitable for NFC single-trip tickets, public transit, loyalty cards, event tickets.

• MF0 IC U10 (MIFARE Ultralight) developed by NXP Semiconductors, used with Proximity Coupling Devices (PCD) under ISO/IEC 14443A
• MF0 IC U10 targets NFC single-trip tickets, public transit networks, loyalty cards or day passes for events, replacing paper tickets, magnetic stripe tickets or coins
• MF0 IC U20 (MIFARE Ultralight C) used with PCD under ISO/IEC 14443A; the MIFARE RF Interface layer complies with parts 2 and 3 of ISO/IEC 14443A
• MF0 IC U2X designed for limited-use applications: public transit, event ticketing, NFC Forum Tag Type 2
• MIFARE Ultralight EV1 is the next generation of the MIFARE Ultralight ticketing chip, fully backward compatible
• MIFARE Ultralight EV1 has an extended feature set and command set, enabling more efficient and more flexible deployment in system design
