TOF People Counter 2 utilizes Time-of-Flight (ToF) technology – using the speed of light to measure distance and create a depth map of the environment. This allows the device to accurately identify the position and shape of people in real-time.

The device can count people with high accuracy (over 98%), while filtering out irrelevant objects such as inanimate objects or environmental noise, ensuring reliable data.

In addition to people counting, the device supports many advanced analytical features:

• Dwell time analysis
• Heatmap generation (movement heat map)
• Counting by area and by line
• Employee filtering using identification cards

TOF People Counter operates well even in low-light or completely dark environments, unaffected by lighting conditions like conventional camera technologies.
