What are the main duties of a security equipment installation technician?
The technician will install surveillance cameras, access control gates (swing barrier, flap barrier, full height turnstile), alarm systems, RFID card readers, and integrate sales management software for corporate clients. The work includes site surveys, wiring, connections, setup, and system handover.
Specifically, technicians will perform tasks such as: drilling walls, screwing, running signal and power cables for cameras; installing and adjusting high-end glass swing barrier gates ZOJE B202; connecting ZCS160 card readers to timekeeping software; installing POS software on computers or Android POS machines. Each project has its own technical drawings and checklist.

Technicians will frequently install devices such as: indoor/outdoor IP surveillance cameras (Hikvision, Dahua), access control gates (swing barrier, flap barrier, tripod turnstile, full height turnstile), UHF RFID card readers, fingerprint/facial time attendance machines, alarm systems, and Việt POS sales management software.
For example, in a mini-supermarket project, technicians need to install a 90-degree full height turnstile ZOJE Z2004 combined with an RFID card reader. Or in an office project, install a flap barrier gate combined with a SpeedFace V5L time attendance machine. All come with instruction manuals and technical support from the manufacturer.

Yes. We welcome fresh graduates from electronics, telecommunications, and IT fields. For candidates without experience, Việt POS will provide 1-2 weeks of training on installation procedures, occupational safety, and equipment usage. Minimum requirements: computer literacy, eagerness to learn, and good health for fieldwork.
Do security equipment installation technicians receive project bonuses?
Yes. In addition to a fixed salary of 8-12 million VND/month, employees receive project completion bonuses ranging from 500,000 - 2,000,000 VND/project depending on its scale. At the end of the year, there is a 13th-month bonus and bonuses based on the company's business results. Average income can reach 12-18 million VND/month if working on many projects.
What are the working hours for technicians?
Working hours are from Monday to Saturday, 8 AM - 12 PM and 1 PM - 5 PM. Sunday is off. For urgent projects, overtime may be required but will be compensated with allowances or compensatory leave. The company strives to arrange a reasonable work schedule, no more than 2-3 projects/week, to ensure quality.
Does Việt POS provide installation tools?
Yes. The company provides a full set of installation tools: concrete drill, metal cutter, multimeter, wire stripper, voltage tester pen, aluminum ladder, wall detector. Employees only need to bring personal protective equipment (gloves, safety glasses, safety shoes). Tools damaged due to wear and tear will be replaced free of charge.
