Production process of wooden shelves with multiple tiers

1. Laser cutting and sandblasting workshop

For fruit and vegetable display shelves, we use laser cutting to improve accuracy and flatness. Sandblasting before painting can remove rust and enhance the adhesion of the paint layer.

2. Automatic welding and welding process

To ensure continuous production, Viet POS uses automatic welding machines instead of manual welding, which improves production efficiency and ensures the quality of shelves as well as fast construction.

3. Automatic bending machine workshop

To improve the accuracy of the process, it is essential to apply automatic bending machines to the production process.

4. Electrostatic spraying with modern technology

We have four automatic electrostatic spraying lines to ensure orderly production. Before electrostatic spraying, we have a phosphating coating to enamel against corrosion.

5. Wooden shelf processing workshop

Fruit and vegetable shelves are a new type of shelf widely used in supermarkets, minimarts, fruit stores, etc., to display goods beautifully and avoid bruising in case of impact. Therefore, to achieve this, our wood processing process strictly adheres to modern safety standards.
