Hitag S256 / Hitag S2048 智能卡采用 NXP Semiconductors HITAG S IC，读写内存 256 bit（HitagS256）或 2048 bit（HitagS2048），频率 100 kHz - 150 kHz，集成谐振电容 210 pF ±5%，UID 32 bit，密钥 48 bit。
