Hitag S256 / Hitag S2048 smart cards use the HITAG S IC from NXP Semiconductors, with 256 bit (HitagS256) or 2048 bit (HitagS2048) read/write memory, frequency 100 kHz - 150 kHz, integrated resonance capacitor 210 pF ±5%, 32 bit UID, 48 bit secret key.
