Does Việt POS sell to individual customers?
Việt POS primarily serves B2B clients — retail chains, F&B, logistics, and businesses. Individuals can still purchase, but the best prices apply to bulk orders. Contact hotline 0905 295 337 for advice on suitable configurations.
Is equipment demo available at the office?
Yes. Customers visiting our 4 regional offices (HCMC · Da Nang · Can Tho · Hanoi) can experience demos of POS machines, receipt printers, barcode scanners, access control systems, and RFID devices. Please schedule an appointment via hotline so our specialists can prepare suitable samples.
Is the quotation free?
Quotations are completely free. Onsite surveys at customer locations are also free within the inner city areas of the 4 regions. Quotations are returned within 4-8 working hours, accompanied by detailed implementation plans.
Is contract payment flexible?
Yes. Việt POS supports 0% installment payments via credit card, monthly equipment rental, and outright purchase with quantity discounts. Businesses with existing partnerships can have payment terms of 30-60 days depending on the framework agreement.

How long does delivery take?
Inner city HCMC/Da Nang/Can Tho/Hanoi: 2-4 hours for in-stock items, same day for large orders. Neighboring provinces: 1-2 days. Remote provinces: 3-5 days via shipping carrier. Project orders have installation schedules according to customer requirements.
How is the shipping fee calculated?
Orders from 5 million ₫ within the inner city of the 4 regions: free shipping. Smaller orders or remote provinces: calculated according to carrier rates. Project orders over 50 million ₫: free nationwide shipping.
Is onsite installation available?
Yes. Việt POS technical team provides full installation + configuration at the customer's location for POS systems, access control, RFID, and warehouse shelving. Installation fees are calculated based on complexity and scale — quoted before implementation.
What about implementing for a chain with multiple branches?
Việt POS has a chain implementation process: scheduling by branch clusters, central configuration, standard POS training for staff, and go-live support. We have implemented 200+ chains ranging from 3-50 branches.
Warranty & After-Sales

How long is the equipment warranty?
Default 12 months for standard equipment (POS, printers, readers, cameras). Some high-end models (TSC, Datalogic, Bixolon, Epson industrial) have 24-36 months warranty. Industrial warehouse shelving has a structural warranty of up to 5 years. See detailed warranty policy.
How are issues handled if they occur during business hours?
Call technical hotline 0932 555 260 — 24/7 line. Inner city of 4 regions: technician arrives within 2-4 hours. Neighboring provinces: within the day. While waiting, Việt POS can lend replacement equipment (for project contracts) to ensure the store's operations are not interrupted.
Is there a replacement for manufacturing defects?
Within the first 7 days, if a manufacturing defect (DOA — Dead On Arrival) is found, Việt POS will provide a 1-to-1 replacement free of charge. After 7 days: repair warranty according to the manufacturer's policy.
Is repair available after the warranty expires?
Yes. Việt POS accepts post-warranty repairs for all equipment it has distributed — repair fees + components according to the public price list. Spare parts are available for popular models; special models can be ordered within 7-15 days.
Invoicing & Payment

Does Việt POS issue VAT invoices?
Yes. Việt POS issues 8%-10% electronic VAT invoices as regulated, sent via customer email on the same day the transaction occurs. Businesses need to provide their tax code + company name + registered business address.
What payment methods are available?
Bank transfer (all banks in Vietnam), cash at the office, credit card (POS Visa/Master), e-wallets Momo/ZaloPay. Project contracts can be signed with deferred payment terms.
Are there discounts for large businesses?
Yes. Discounts apply based on quantity tiers + budget + cooperation history. Long-term framework agreements have special pricing. Contact the regional sales team directly for the best quote for specific projects.

Can POS software run on Việt POS equipment?
Yes. Việt POS equipment is compatible with most popular POS software in Vietnam (KiotViet, Sapo, MISA, iPOS, VietEasy...). Việt POS supports configuring drivers, thermal printers, cash drawers, and barcode readers to work synchronously.
Is training provided for store staff?
Yes. Each chain implementation includes a 60-120 minute training session at the location or online via video call — covering POS operations, receipt printing, inventory checking, and basic troubleshooting. Support in Vietnamese + image manual.
Does the POS still work if the internet connection is lost?
POS systems distributed by Việt POS all have an offline mode — sales and receipt printing still function normally when the internet is lost. Data synchronizes to the cloud when the connection is restored. Store chains should have backup 4G for real-time synchronization.
Can RFID be integrated into existing systems?
Yes. Việt POS has an RFID gateway + middleware that connects to existing WMS/ERP/POS software via API or database. Implementation is project-based — pre-survey, integration design, pilot run in one warehouse/store before scaling up.
