EC16 is the second-generation elevator controller developed by ZKTeco, enhancing security control in high-rise buildings, complexes, offices, and hotels. Combined with DEX16 – the floor expansion board, this system provides control for up to 128 floors on a single system.

EC16 – Central Control Panel:

• Diverse authentication: Supports fingerprints, RFID cards, dynamic QR codes, facial recognition.

• Large capacity: Stores up to 30,000 fingerprints, 100,000 cards, 200,000 transactions.

• Smart control: Automatic floor call after authentication – users don't need to press buttons.

• Permission schedule: Assigns floors by time, limits floors by user group.

• Strong connectivity: Supports TCP/IP, RS485 (OSDP), Wiegand, USB Host.

• High security features: Data encryption with AES256, HTTPS, TLS1.2.

DEX16 – Expansion Board:

• Flexible expansion: Each EC16 can connect to up to 7 DEX16 to control up to 128 floors.

• Connects via RS485: Ensures high stability and easy installation in practice.

• 16-floor dual relay: Allows precise control of each floor without command delay.
