EM Marine Proximity Card 125kHz

EM4305 smart card (EM Marine card, ISO proximity card) uses the EM4205/EM4305 IC — a CMOS integrated circuit for RFID Read/Write transponders, with 512-bit EEPROM organized as 16 words x 32 bits, 32-bit UID, 100-150 kHz operating frequency, ISO 11784/11785 compliance, Manchester and Bi-phase encoding support, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
