Full color process on one or both sides, thermal printing of text/names/PINs, embossing, Hi-Co/Lo-Co magnetic stripe encoding, serial numbering.

Key Features

• Pre-printed card: requires making a film or CPT plate containing the information printed on the card; artwork on a computer is needed before making the film/CPT
• Full Design Camera Ready: artwork in Illustrator format with all text outlined; if using Photoshop, all fonts must be included and text must be editable
• Clearly mark options on the artwork as FPO (for placement only); barcode, magnetic stripe, and data FPO will be removed before production
• File formats: Illustrator .ai, Photoshop .psd, EPS .eps, PDF .pdf, Freehand .fh10, InDesign .indd, CorelDraw .cdr — 300dpi CMYK
• Fonts: check all EPS vector files and include fonts; do not use applied type styles in the control/measurements palette to create bold/italic
• Color: save color images and vectors in CMYK if printing 4 color process; select colors from the Pantone swatch book; provide previously printed cards for color matching
• Linked graphic files: include both the Illustrator and Photoshop files when the logo contains Photoshop images; graphics in EPS or tiff format, avoid PICT and Windows BMP
• Color and grayscale images: 300 dpi at final size; linework scans at minimum 1200 dpi at final size, saved as tiff or bitmap
• File transfers: send via E-mail or upload to an FTP site; artwork approval turnaround time is typically returned the next business day depending on receipt time
• Full color process on one or both sides
• Thermal printing of text, names, PIN numbers, or lists directly onto each card
• Embossing with gold, silver, or black tipping (other colors apply for orders of 5k or more)
• Hole punching: slot, round, various sizes and shapes
• Sequential numbering or individual serial numbering per the provided database
