다양한 칩셋을 지원하는 pre-printed RFID 카드. Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), EPS, PDF, Freehand (.fh10), InDesign (.indd), CorelDraw (.cdr) 디자인 파일을 300dpi CMYK로 접수합니다. 단면 또는 양면 full color process 인쇄, text/이름/PIN thermal 인쇄, embossing, Hi-Co/Lo-Co magnetic stripe 인코딩, serial 번호 인쇄.

주요 기능

• Pre-printed card: 카드에 인쇄될 정보가 담긴 film 또는 CPT plate 제작이 필요하며, film/CPT 제작 전에 컴퓨터상의 artwork가 필요합니다
• Full Design Camera Ready: artwork는 Illustrator 형식으로 모든 text가 outlined 되어야 하며, Photoshop 사용 시 font를 모두 첨부하고 text는 editable 상태여야 합니다
• Artwork 상의 option은 FPO(for placement only)로 명확히 표기하며, barcode, magnetic stripe, data FPO는 생산 전에 제거됩니다
• 파일 형식: Illustrator .ai, Photoshop .psd, EPS .eps, PDF .pdf, Freehand .fh10, InDesign .indd, CorelDraw .cdr — 300dpi CMYK
• Font: 모든 EPS vector를 확인하고 font를 첨부해야 하며, control/measurements palette의 applied type styles를 사용해 bold/italic을 만들지 마십시오
• 색상: 4 color process 인쇄 시 color 이미지와 vector를 CMYK로 저장하고, Pantone swatch book에서 색상을 선택하며, 색상 매칭을 위해 이전에 인쇄된 카드를 제공하십시오
• Linked graphic files: logo에 Photoshop 이미지가 포함된 경우 Illustrator 파일과 Photoshop 파일을 모두 첨부하고, graphic은 EPS 또는 tiff 형식으로 하며 PICT와 Windows BMP는 피하십시오
• Color 및 grayscale 이미지: 최종 크기에서 300 dpi, linework scan은 최종 크기에서 최소 1200 dpi로 tiff 또는 bitmap 형식으로 저장하십시오
• File transfers: E-mail 또는 FTP site 업로드로 전송하며, artwork 승인 turnaround time은 접수 시점에 따라 일반적으로 다음 business day에 반환됩니다
• 단면 또는 양면 full color process
• text, 이름, PIN 번호 또는 자동 목록을 각 카드에 직접 thermal 인쇄
• gold, silver 또는 black tipping embossing (기타 색상은 5k 이상 주문에 적용)
